2. Discussion on 2022 Planning Board in person meeting locations

4. PB748 – AVC Holdings, LLC – Block 29.12, Lot 5.01 – 33 New Street
Application for Preliminary & Final Major Subdivision with Variances to subdivide the property into two lots in the A-3 Zone.
