In advance of the remote public meeting, members of the public are permitted to submit public comments in writing via electronic mail to Zoning Board Secretary, Ruth Leininger, at email@example.com or by written letter to Colts Neck Township, 124 Cedar Drive, Colts Neck, NJ 07722, ATTN: Ruth Leininger, Zoning Board Secretary. Any and all submissions via electronic mail and/or written letter must be received by the Zoning Board Secretary no later than 2 business days prior to the day of the scheduled public meeting and must include the individuals name and address.
The purpose of the Zoning Board meeting is to hear the following applications:
1. ZB1071 – Arpia – Block 10, Lot 2.06 – 19 Princeton Lane
Application to retain a bocce ball court. Variances are required to permit a side yard setback of
23.41’ where 40’ is required and a total lot coverage of 21.9% where 20% is the maximum permitted.
2. ZB1073 – Reinhart – Block 1.01, Lot 7 – 24 Clover Hill Lane
Application to raise the roof to modify attic bedroom and add two roof eve porches. A variance
is required to permit a building separation of 12’ where 20’ is required and 16’ currently exists.
3. ZB1077 – Soliman – Block 7.02, Lot 34.02 – 1 Warrenton Lane
Application to relocate an existing shed and remove a portion of the existing driveway. Variances are required to permit a front yard setback of 76’ where 100’ is required and a total lot coverage of 20.8% where 20% is the maximum permitted.
