In advance of the remote public meeting, members of the public are permitted to submit public comments in writing via electronic mail to Planning Board Secretary, Ruth Leininger, at [email protected] or by written letter to Colts Neck Township, 124 Cedar Drive, Colts Neck, NJ 07722, ATTN: Ruth Leininger, Planning Board Secretary. Any and all submissions via electronic mail and/or written letter must be received by the Planning Board Secretary no later than 2 business days prior to the day of the scheduled public meeting and must include the individuals name and address.
The purpose of the Special Planning Board meeting is to hear the following:
- Public Hearing on Green Building and Environmental Sustainability Element of the Master Plan
- PB743 – Colts Neck Manor – Block 22, Lot 18 – 302 Route 537
Application for Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan to construct a 360 unit rental complex in the A-6 Zone.
