In advance of the remote public meeting, members of the public are permitted to submit public comments in writing via electronic mail to Zoning Board Secretary, Ruth Leininger, at [email protected] or by written letter to Colts Neck Township, 124 Cedar Drive, Colts Neck, NJ 07722, ATTN: Ruth Leininger, Zoning Board Secretary. Any and all submissions via electronic mail and/or written letter must be received by the Zoning Board Secretary no later than 2 business days prior to the day of the scheduled public meeting and must include the individuals name and address.
The purpose of the Zoning Board meeting is to hear the following applications:
- ZB1070 – Soliman – Block 7.02, Lot 34.02 – 1 Warrenton Lane
Application to construct rear steps leading to the basement. A Variance is required to permit a lot coverage of 22.8% where 20% is the maximum permitted and 22.5% currently exists.
- ZB1071 – Arpia – Block 10, Lot 2.06 – 19 Princeton Lane
Application to retain a bocce ball court. Variances are required to permit a side yard
setback of 23.41’ where 40’ is required and a total lot coverage of 21.9% where 20% is the maximum permitted.
- ZB1069 – Delquaglio – Block 27, Lot 12 – 28 Manor Road
Application to construct a single family dwelling in the A-3 Zone. A variance is required
to permit building coverage of 9.77% where 6.6% is the maximum permitted.
- ZB1068 – Zagha – Block 33, Lot 20.02 – 7 Camelot
Application to install an inground pool, spa, pergola and cabana in the A-1 Zone.
Variance are required to permit a rear yard setback of 27.6’ (spa) where 50’ is required, rear yard setback of 20.9’ (pool) where 50’ is required, rear yard setback of 21.8’ (pergola) where 50’ is required, rear yard setback of 26.3’ (covered porch) where 50’ is required, cabana/house separation of 15’ where 20’ is required and spa/pool separation of 5’ where 20’ is required and cabana floor area of 937.57 s.f. where 900 s.f. is required.
