In advance of the remote public meeting, members of the public are permitted to submit public comments in writing via electronic mail to Planning Board Secretary, Ruth Leininger, at [email protected] or by written letter to Colts Neck Township, 124 Cedar Drive, Colts Neck, NJ 07722, ATTN: Ruth Leininger, Planning Board Secretary. Any and all submissions via electronic mail and/or written letter must be received by the Planning Board Secretary no later than 2 business days prior to the day of the scheduled public meeting and must include the individuals name and address.
The purpose of the Planning Board meeting is to hear the following applications:
1. PB748 – AVC Holdings, LLC – Block 29.12, Lot 5.01 – 33 New Street
Application for Preliminary & Final Major Subdivision Approval with Variances to subdivide the property into two lots in the A-3 Zone.
2. PB749 – 295 Route 537, LLC – Block 34, Lot 14 – 295 Route 537
Application for a Minor Subdivision Approval with Variances to subdivide the property
into two lots in the A-1 Zone.
