What we do

The Tax Assessor is a public officer whose duties are defined by the State of New Jersey. The Assessor is responsible for the fair assessment of all property within the township to provide for an equitable distribution of the tax burden and is available to taxpayers for inquiries and information pertaining to their assessments and market values. The Tax Assessor also provides information and assists taxpayers with State and local tax deduction programs for seniors, veterans, the disabled, and their surviving spouses.
