Colts Neck Township operates and maintains its stormwater collection system in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. The Township’s stormwater collection system is also in accordance with the terms and conditions of its New Jersey Pollution Discharge Elimination System Permit (NJPDES #NJG0151564 – PI ID #172078). The NJPDES Permit regulates stormwater discharges of pollutants to surface waters and ground water from municipal stormwater collection systems and advances water quality management through coordination of planning and permitting activities. This webpage has been created to provide the public access to information associated with the Township’s Stormwater Management Program.
